How one ordinary workday became the moment I decided my story would be one of faith, not fear.
The Call That Changed Everything
The phone rang.It was the doctor.
I left my work area and walked downstairs to the cafeteria — a big, busy room that suddenly felt small and silent.
You have breast cancer.
Those words froze everything. My mind raced: Do I cry? Do I call my mom? Do I just go home?
I did none of those.
I went back upstairs, smiled, and kept working.
Faith Before the Facts
Before that phone call, I’d already had an inkling that something wasn’t right.But I’d also already made a decision.
On December 10th, 2022 at 3:11 PM, weeks earlier, I’d chosen to believe I was healed. My faith was already at work long before the diagnosis arrived.

Years Later
Today, I’m continue to celebrate being cancer-free.Not just surviving — thriving.Grateful for grace, peace, and purpose.
The Takeaway
Faith isn’t waiting until you see it to believe it.It’s believing — before you ever see.
